Our support sprays have 3-6 essential oils, A focused blend of 3-6 essential oils is more effective because each oil can be properly balanced to achieve a specific purpose without conflicting or diluting another oil’s properties, thus allowing the therapeutic synergy to stay clear, potent, and intentional. Using fewer oils preserves scent clarity so the aroma remains harmonious rather than muddy or overwhelming, with the top, middle, and base notes staying distinguishable and working together in a clean, structured way. A smaller blend also supports higher therapeutic efficacy because the oils aren’t fighting for dominance, which strengthens the overall grounding effect and keeps the energetic purpose precise. Spoken alignment statements are more than just feel-good phrases; they are tools for rewiring the mind. When spoken consistently with positive intention and authenticity, alignment statements help interrupt negative self-talk and replace it with empowering beliefs. Over time, this repetition creates new neural pathways, reprogramming your mindset, anchoring your transformation. It is very important your energy and actions start aligning with whom you wish to transform into, and you are not masking denial or forced optimism … examples are don’t say “I’m a fit healthy person” if you never exercise or live off an unhealthy diet, or say “I am confident” if your inner state is full of doubt. This is why we include the suggestion of a practical real life grounded daily habit on the card.
